Georgian Refugees: Stuck Forever (2010)

Shamgona, GEORGIA, 2010 - Mimoza has lived since the Georgian - Abkhazian war in 1992-93 in a kindergarten used as shelter for refugees from Abkhazia. It is estimated that some 250,000 ethnic Georgians have fled during the war from Abkhazia. They often stay in miserable conditions in old hotels or former student buildings.
